The Droid X from Verizon is a complete step up from the technical capabilities of the original Droid, and it is easy to see why the device has already sold out since launching a few days ago. Ars highlights the combination of great hardware specs with impressive battery life, and also mentions that the Droid X is pretty good when it comes to customizable options. However, they do reserve a fair portion of their review to comment on the poor camera features – according to them. They say that the camera hardware is ‘too noisy’ and the software for the camera is not very user-friendly.
