CNET Analysis: Apple may have escaped a global recall over reception and antenna issues with their iPhone 4 handset, but that hasn’t stopped other companies from digging a further hole for Apple. One company in particular is now selling iPhone 4 bandages which they are calling ‘Antenn-Aid’. If you head over to the website , you’ll see that it has been designed using Apple’s typical styling. A huge ‘Antenn-Aid’ banner is followed by the words: ”Apple made a boo-boo. Make it all better.” Apparently, this is no joke either. The bandages have been custom fit for the lower left corner (antenna) of the iPhone 4 and are supposed to improve your reception in weak signal areas. You can get a 6-pack for $4.99 including shipping, and the bandages are available in a variety of colors. Are you tempted to buy one? Let us know your thoughts on Antenn-Aid. [ Read ]
