GEO 436 PESHAWAR: At least eight extremists were killed in Orakzai Agency in an action by the security forces, Geo News reported Sunday. The security forces pounded the hideouts of the extremists in Orakzai area of Mamonzai, killing eight extremists and injuring six others. Also, two hideouts of the extremists were destroyed in the action. Meantime, the militants fired five rockets at a check post of security forces; however, no fatality was reported. Soon afterwards, the forces returned the action killing a militant commander and injuring three others. The attackers fled the area after they met tough fight from the forces.
