And what about updating the software!?!? In Windows and in Mac, it seems like every other time I open a program, I get asked if I want to download and install the latest version of the software. No, I was not opening the software because I wanted to USE it; I'd rather go make a pot of coffee and drink a cup while the software downloads, installs, and the computer restarts. Ubuntu gives me a list once a week (or however often I want) of all the software that has an update available. Generally, I can go ahead and use the software while it's updating and most times doesn't need a restart. Ubuntu is harder than Win or Mac. I have to spend more time WORKING on Ubuntu.
